Google Review Credit Policy

We offer a credit of up to $30 for verified 5-star Google Reviews, subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility & Reward Structure

• Only 5-star reviews are eligible for rewards.

• Reviews must be submitted using the same Google account, name, or email associated with your recent order.

• Each customer or business entity is eligible for one Google Review reward during the campaign period.

3. Redemption Terms

• Credit is applied to your next order where the final amount payable (after all discounts and before applying the credit) is at least $55 including GST.

• Orders can be placed via website or by contacting us directly.

• Credit will be manually verified and applied within 1–3 business days.

• We may request a screenshot or review link if automated matching is not possible.

4. Restrictions & Integrity

• The review must remain publicly visible on Google.

• If a review is deleted, hidden, or edited to remove content, we reserve the right to cancel the credit.

• Credit is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used by the same account holder who submitted the review.

• Credit must be used in a single transaction, and cannot be split or carried over.

• Suspicious activity, fake reviews, use of multiple identities, or attempts to game the system will result in disqualification.

5. Final Discretion

• If you believe your review qualifies but have not received credit, please contact us within 14 days of submission.

• In any matters related to this program, we reserve the right of final interpretation and decision.
